Computers repaired, upgraded or supported. Software conflicts resolved with windows operating systems. Systems built to individual specifications.

Networks:

Peer to peer networks installed and supported. Terminal Server setup. Home networks and wireless configurations.

Advice, consultancy, and training:

Advise to small businesses on data management, system needs, networking needs, optimising use of data. Training on MS Office applications including Access plus spreadsheet solutions to various finance problems. Training in Access and Excel taken to Visual Basic level.

Internet Installation and training:

Installation of modems and terminal adapters. Connection to the internet and training on its use. Setting up of email facilities.

Anti virus and backup:

Virus problems on computers found and removed. Advice given on virus protection, backup problems.
